Joe Neil Brown, 89, of Bartlett passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020 at his home.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Saturday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with David Looney officiating.
Burial followed at Milledgeville Cemetery. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 5-8 p.m. on Friday.
He was born Oct. 10, 1930.
