JOHN JOYNER Obituary – Sept. 1, 1938 – Sept. 20, 2022

John Wendell Joyner, 84, of Henderson passed away Sept. 20, 2022 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. There will be a burial to be determined at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads 693 Wildersville Road Parkers Crossroads, TN 38388.
He was born Sept. 1, 1938 in Jackson, the son of the late John Newbill and Olive Marie Williamson. He graduated Chester County High School. He entered the United States Navy and served six years. He worked as a machinist in the manufacturing business. He enjoyed his dogs, Molly and Trixie. He loved gardening and enjoyed fishing in Florida when he lived there.
He is survived by a son, Barry (Donna) Joyner of Luray; two daughters, Beverly Gibson of Pinson and Kelly Boyette of Ramer; and seven grandchildren.
