Kathy Corina Taylor, 50, of Finger passed away at her home Saturday morning Nov. 7, 2020. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main Chapel with Rev. Malcolm Carter, II officiating. Burial followed at Adamsville Cemetery. The family received friends at Shackelford – East Main from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Mrs. Taylor was born in Fort Pierce, Fla., the daughter of late Albert Bernice and Pansy Cleo Berry Wheeler. She grew up in Ft. Pierce and attended Westwood High School. 
She married Edward Taylor July 19, 1986, and they made their home at Fort Pierce for four years and then moved to Finger in 1990. She worked as a school bus driver for McNairy County Board of Education for 25 years. She loved her “school children.”
She loved fishing, riding 4-wheelers, attending auctions and telling family stories. Above all she loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Lee Taylor; two sons; Edward (Brittany) Taylor, II of Selmer and Randy (Felicia) Taylor of Henderson; four grandchildren, Brantley Taylor, Rylan Taylor, Edward Taylor, III and Catalaya Taylor; four brothers, Neal Wheeler of Finger, Ray Nettles of Memphis, Roger Nettles of Florida, and James Wheeler of Florida; and six sisters, Janice Amerson of Georgia, Becky Bridges of Georgia, Belinda Tanner of Georgia, Brenda Potter of Henderson, Nina Svelling of South Carolina and Alberta Evers of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Noah Taylor.
