KIM SERATT Obituary – Dec. 6, 1976 – Feb. 15, 2022

Kimberley Susanne Seratt, 45, of Henderson passed away Feb. 15, 2022 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services were 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Bro. Ralph Brown officiating. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 4-7 p.m. service time Tuesday.
She was born Dec. 6, 1976 in Covington, the daughter of Charlotte Watson Brown and the late Sonny Clapp. She grew up in Brownsville and attended Haywood High School.
She was a homemaker who raised three children by a previous marriage. She married James Stacy Seratt on April 28, 2008 in Brownsville. They moved to Chester County in 2009. She loved animals particularly her dogs, Rizzoli and Cha-chi, and Nini who preceded her in death in 2020.
She loved her animals, her children and grandchildren who were her greatest joy.
She is survived by her husband, James Stacy Seratt of Henderson; a son, Rickey Joe Edwards of Bells; two daughters, Brianna Renay Elizabeth Edwards of Dyersburg and Kimberley Edwards of Jackson; two grandchildren, Olivia Griffin and Lily Edwards with one on the way, Bexley Graves; her mother, Charlotte Watson Brown of Alamo; her father and mother-in-law, Anthony and Gail Seratt of Finger; a sister, Marcia (Richard) Henderson of Brownsville; and one half-brother, Herman Clapp of Covington.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Kenneth Clapp.
