LILAH ROBISON Obituary – Oct. 11, 1948 – Jan. 11, 2023

Lilah Elizabeth Patterson Robison, 74, of Finger passed away Wednesday morning at her home. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Geary officiating. Burial followed at Cave Springs Cemetery. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. service time Friday.
She was born Oct. 11, 1948 in Missouri, the daughter of the late Edgar Franklin and Allie Mae Cupples Patterson. She graduated from Chester County High School in 1966.
She married Don Robison in 1968, and they made their home in Finger. He preceded her in death Nov. 15, 2021.
She was a beautician at Forest Cove Nursing Home until she became disabled. She enjoyed fishing, cooking for her family, playing cards with her friends and watching her grandchildren play baseball.
She is survived by her two sons, Shane (Shawna) Robison of Finger and Jonathan (Jennifer) Robison of Bethel Springs; brother, Donnie Patterson of Henderson; two sisters, Linda Britt of Jackson and Gloria Applegate of Peoria, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Todd Robison; five brothers, Elmo Cupples, Alton Patterson, Kento Patterson, David Patterson and Jerry Patterson; and two sisters, Lottie Tucker and Edith Hall.
