MAMIE LOU DENISON Obituary – May 11, 1946 – Feb. 3, 2022

Mamie Lou Jones Climer Denison, 75, of Jacks Creek passed away Feb. 3, 2022 at Jackson-Madison General Hospital.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main Chapel with Bro. Ken Frye officiating. Burial followed in Johnson Crossroads Cemetery. The family received friends at East Main Chapel from noon-2 p.m. on Friday.
She was born May 11, 1946 in Henderson, the daughter of the late Clifford Franklin and Jessie Dee Mayo Jones. She attended Chester County School. She married Bobby Glyn Climer, Sr. They made their home in Chester County where Mr. Climer did carpenter work, and she had a flower shop in her home, especially doing funeral flowers. She enjoyed doing yard sales and flea markets. She was a member of the Faith Fellowship Church.
She married Bobby Wayne Denison in 2021. They made their home at Jacks Creek. 
She is survived by a son, Anthony (Allison) Climer of Counce; two daughters, Louise (Steve DeForest) Swafford of Jacks Creek and Betty Climer of Jacks Creek; eight grandchildren, Ashley, Stephanie, Hayden, Holly, Lisa, Payten, Greenlee and Ashlin; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Coy Jones of Henderson; and three sisters, Alean Christian of Huntingdon, JoAnn Peterson of Lexington and Alma Jean Hodge of Henderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Bobby Glyn Climer, Sr.; two sons, James Clifford Climer and Bobby Glyn Climer, Jr.; and three brothers, Clarence Jones, Billy Jones and Albert Jones.
