Paul Rietz III Obituary – Jan. 11, 1959 – Jan. 5, 2020

Paul Rietz III, 60, of Finger, died at 9:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020 at his residence.
A joint memorial service for him and Mary will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 8, at Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3655 Talley Store Road, Henderson.
Visitation will begin at noon until the service hour at the church. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.
The family suggests memorials to your local animal shelter or rescue.
A native of Nashville, he was born Jan. 11, 1959, the son of the late Paul Rietz II and Mary Alyse Murray Rietz. He was a lab director.
He is survived by his sister, Lysa R. (Ed) Wilkes of Henderson; his sister-in-law, Susan Rietz of Perry, Ga.; and his nephews, William Wilkes of Henderson and Albert Henry Rietz of Perry, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary K. Rietz, who died at 1:49 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville.
