Notice is hereby given that on June 15, 2021, Letters Testamentary in respect to the Estate of Brodie Franklin Ivy who died March 6, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court Clerk and Master of Chester County, Tennessee.
All persons, residents and non-residents, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred;
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or of the posting, as the case may be) of this notice, if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

FORECLOSURE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated April 1, 2020, recorded in the Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee in Record Book 457, page 371, Lori Ann Wisenbaker did convey in trust to Jay L. Johnson, Trustee, the real estate hereinafter described to secure the payment of the principal sum of $99,999.00, payable to the order of Charles D. Williamson, Panama City Beach, Florida, evidenced by a certain promissory note described in said deed of trust and being incorporated by reference; and,
WHEREAS, said deed of trust provided that in the event of a default in the payment of the indebtedness required to be paid under said note, when the same are due and payable, the entire indebtedness shall, at the option of the owner and holder thereof, become due and payable forthwith; and,

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, on July 29, 2014, SHANNON ROSS, by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 388, at Page 352, in the Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee, conveyed the following described property in trust to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Seven and 82/100 Dollars ($98,497.82), payable to FARM CREDIT MID-AMERICA, FLCA; and
