SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
Sale at public auction will be on August 3, 2022, at or about 11:00 AM, local time, at the front entrance to the Chester County Courthouse,133 East Main Street, Henderson, TN 38340, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Robert M Fletcher and Julie V Fletcher, husband and wife, to Susan Voss, as Trustee for Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage dated May 20, 2015, and recorded on May 21, 2015, in Book 397, Page 1, Instrument No. 51342, in the Register’s Office for Chester County, Tennessee (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by Padgett Law Group, having been appointed Substitute Trustee, all of record in the Chester County Register’s Office. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

This is the identical real estate conveyed to Robert M. Fletcher and wife, Julie V. Fletcher from Richard Duane Rushing by Warranty Deed dated May 20, 2015, of record in the Registers Office of Chester County, Tennessee in Record Book 396, page 798. Subject to Restrictive Covenants as shown of record in the Registers Office of Chester County, Tennessee in Record Book 312, page 214.
Subject to any and all setbacks, easement, restrictions and other matters as shown on the Plat of this Subdivision of record in Plat Cabinet, Section 6, page 41, in the Register`s Office of Chester County, Tennessee.
