ROGER MILLER Obituary – March 13, 1964 – July 27, 2020

Roger Miller, 56, of Henderson passed away July 27, 2020 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Pastor Michael Rickenbaker officiating.
Burial followed in Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family received friends at Crook Avenue beginning at noon until 2 p.m. Wednesday.
He was born March 13, 1964 in McNairy County and grew up in Chester County, the son of the late Horace Odell and Mildred Ailene Clayton Miller. He attended Chester County Schools.
He worked as a carpenter in home construction having worked for Larry Cooper and Benny Weaver building houses in and around the area.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his brother, Dennis (Susan) Miller of Henderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Dian Miller Kreischer.
