TIM LYLES Obituary – Aug. 28, 1958 – Jan. 5, 2020

Timmy M. Lyles, 61, of Jacks Creek passed away Jan. 5, 2020 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main with Marcus Kelley officiating. Burial followed in Gravel Hill Cemetery at Eastview in McNairy County. The family received friends at East Main beginning at noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund, 15 Southview Drive, Pinson, TN 38366.
He was born Aug. 28, 1958 in Henderson, the son of the late George Matthew and Lucy Cordelia Ross Lyles. He grew up in Jacks Creek and was a 1976 graduate of Chester County High School. He married Tina Coln Sept. 9, 1989. They were married 30 years. They had made their home in Henderson and had moved to Jacks Creek in 2012.
He began working for Bobrick Washroom Equipment in Jackson in 1992. He was in Inventory Control Purchasing when he died. He enjoyed being outdoors and working in his yard.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Sue Coln Lyles of Jacks Creek; a brother, Jimmy (Vickie) Lyles of Ramer; a nephew, Jeremy (Marsha) Lyles; a niece, Jodi (Reagan) Tyler; and great-nieces, Shiloh and Avery Tyler, Abbie Lyles, Madelyn Whitfield and Meredith Whitfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Danny Wayne Lyles.
