Keith Garner, 61, Finger, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Justin Hays, 32, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Bradley McGill, 39, Pinson, was arrested and charged with simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited weapons. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Christine Ruth, 59, Lexington, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony, casual exchange of a schedule II controlled substance and simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
Willard Pullam, 42, Lexington, was arrested and charged with simple possession of schedule II Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony and casual exchange of schedule VI marijuana. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
Cheryl Spencer, 45, Jackson, was arrested and charged with simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Michael Greer, 56 Selmer, was arrested and charged with casual exchange of schedule VI marijuana, possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.

Justin Hays, 32, Henderson, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault – domestic victim – weapon and fear, and vandalism from $1,000 to $2,500. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

Taryn Collins, 44, Henderson, was arrested and charged with domestic assault – injury. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Justin Scallion, 47, Alamo, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Larry McBride, 36, Medon, was arrested and charged with simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and violation of the lane law. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.

Michael Andrew Murley, 54, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor assault – threat of bodily injury, and was sentenced to time served pretrial in the Chester County Jail, and ordered to pay court costs. He was ordered to have no contact of any kind with the victim or witness.

Kennzie Huddleston, 23, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs. He must pass random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or full-time student and must complete DV-26 class. He may have limited contact with the victim for specified purpose.

He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs. This case is concurrent with probation revocation and consecutive to specified cases. He must pass random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or full-time student, must complete DV-26 class and may have limited contact with the victim for a specified purpose.

Jamarcus Cordell Walker, 29, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary – other than habitation or non public, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay all court costs. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay $480 in restitution. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. Walker is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and all weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Lamarcus Danyelle Walker, 37, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary – other than habitat or non public, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay all court costs. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $480 in restitution. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, suspended and supervised. Jonathan Lee Plunk, 41, pled guilty to count one, class E felony evading arrest flight-vehicle. He was sentenced to two years, in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay all court costs. He pled guilty to count two, class C misdemeanor speeding, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail. He was ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. Plunk pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor unlawful removal/alteration of registration, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
