Chester County Sheriff’s Department
November 7, 2023
Vincent Chappelle, 54, Huntingdon, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail with time served.
Deanna Knight, 48, Finger, was arrested and charged with simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine, casual exchange of schedule VI marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Robert Knight, 47, Finger, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Chester County Jail with time served.
Dennis Williams, 60, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of community supervision. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Timothy Crutcher, 25, Oakland, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He was released from the Chester County Jail and transferred to another county.
Bethany Williams, 37, Mount Pleasant, was arrested and charged with harassment and violation of an order of protection/restraining order. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Khylen Goff, 20, Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Amanda Williams, 38, Pinson was arrested and charged with domestic assault – injury. She was released from the Chester County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

Wanda Bryant, 51, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
Joshua Looney, 43, Henderson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $7,500 cash only bond.

Chester County Circuit Court
August 14, 2023
Tara Dean Rowland, 24, pled guilty to class D felony aggravated perjury, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $500 in fines and to complete 40 hours of unpaid community service. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Adam Watlington, 31, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony sale of methamphetamine less than .5 grams. He was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 11 months and 29 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

Teresa F. Weaver, 58, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor forgery up to $1,000 – attempt. She was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and was ordered to pay court costs. She is subject to random drug and alcohol screens and must follow all rules of probation.
