November 22, 2023
Devin Malik Davis, 26, Henderson, was arrested and charged with vandalism under $1,000 and domestic assault – injury. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

11:32 p.m. – US Hwy 45 at Wilson School Road, motor vehicle crash with no injuries, car vs deer.
November 24, 2023
3:21 p.m. – White Ave. at Steed St., Southern Oaks Retirement Center, grass fire.
November 25, 2023
6:37 a.m. – 333 Eric Bell Dr., Chester County Jail, fire alarm, false alarm.
9:37 p.m. – US Hwy 45 at Sand Road Circle, motor vehicle crash with no injuries, car vs deer.

November 20, 2023
Jimi Whitman, 21, Henderson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Brittany Kinchen, 36, Henderson, was arrested and charged with forgery. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
November 21, 2023
Cody Coleman, 27, Enville, was arrested and charged with dogs at large. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Jerry Hensley, 51, Henderson, was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal trespass habitation. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
November 22, 2023
Kourtney Sims, 31, Henderson, was arrested and charged with domestic assault – fear with priors, vandalism from $500 to $1,000, and two counts of contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond and a $2,000 cash bond.
November 24, 2023
Rodricus Clark, 37, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of an $800 cash only bond.
November 25, 2023
Jeffery Glover, 48, Pinson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of an $1,800 cash only bond.
Elen Rhodes, 29, Savannah, was arrested and charged with assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Hailey Faye Hallman, 21, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated burglary. She was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count two, class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised. Hallman was granted Judicial Diversion, but violated the terms of the diversion Order so the court ordered judgement to enter. She is ordered to pay court costs and to complete 24 hours of community service. She is to complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must complete an anger management course. She is to have no contact with victim or witnesses. All counts are concurrent.

Madison Paige Maness, 22, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated burglary, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised. Maness was initially granted Judicial Diversion, but violated terms of diversion and Judgement was ordered to enter. She was ordered to pay costs and to complete 24 hours of community service. She must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must complete an anger management course. She is to have no contact with victim or witnesses. All counts are concurrent.

Aurelius Segram Watkins, 41, pled guilty to class E felony escape. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, consecutive to a separate specified case.
October 13, 2023
Adam Farris, 27, pled guilty to counts one/two/three/four (merged) class B felony possession of methamphetamine greater than .5 grams, with intent to sell in a drug free zone. He was sentenced to 25 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
