Aurelius Segram Watkins, in a second case, pled guilty to class D felony vandalism from $2,500 to $10,000. He was sentenced to serve four years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, concurrent with other specified cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs.
