Jacks Creek enjoyed seeing everyone come out and support our school’s Christmas Program. We hope everyone has a blessed Winter Break, a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Important date to remember: Jan. 4 – Students Return to School.
The Beekeepers of the Week are Elora Hensley and Masheala Bailey. Elora’s favorite book is “Dogs and Cats.” Her birthday is Sept. 8, and her favorite food is Ramen-Beef. Masheala’s favorite book is “Magic Treehouse.” Her birthday is Jan. 29, and her favorite food is sushi.
Kindergarten read decodable stories and writing narratives. We practiced adding and subtracting within 10.
First graders had so much fun practicing their Christmas songs for our program. They also enjoyed decorating sugar and gingerbread cookies. They made their sugar cookies look like snowmen and the gingerbread look like gingerbread men, snowmen, Santas and Christmas trees. They also had a blast making Christmas ornaments.
Thank you to everyone that helped make our Christmas breakfast possible in second grade. We appreciate those who came out to watch us perform our program that we prepared. We hope everyone has a great winter break!
Third grade completed our Benchmark and AIMSweb testing. They worked very hard, and we are proud of their efforts. Thank you, parents, for your support for our school Christmas party! We hope our students have a great Winter Break! We will see you in 2023.
